Order
When you place an order on hottiedolls.eu, you must accept our terms and press the "Go to payment" button. You will immediately receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address provided, and you will be forwarded to the payment window. Please notify us if there is anything in the order confirmation that does not match the order placed. All goods are delivered as long as stocks last, and we reserve the right for out-of-stock goods and backordered goods. If an item is sold out, you will be informed as soon as possible.
Shipping And Delivery
We ship our products to most of the world. Hottiedolls has free shipping anywhere in Europe. Fast shipping is very important for our company - delivery time to 6-7 working days. Some of our products has longer shipping time - you can see the exactly shipping time below every product. If no delivery time is specified, then it is our standard delivery of 6-7 working days. We will send your order discreetly to the address entered.
Right Of Return/Right Of Cancellation
When you shop at www.hottiedolls.eu, you cant make return after receiving your goods. This exception applies to intimate products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons.
The safety and health of our customers means a lot to us and therefore we cannot offer to send your package back to us again - we want to be able to offer our customers the best quality of our dolls.
You can cancel your order until it has been dispatched from our warehouse - if you wish to cancel your order a package fee of 15 EUR will be charged
If you receive your product in a damaged condition, you must contact our customer service within 24 hours so that we can resolve your case quickly and efficiently.
Complaint
If you should be unfortunate enough to find an error or defect in an item, please notify us by info@hottiedolls.eu within 24 hours. In connection with errors and defects on the product, HottieDolls EU bears the return costs. In the event of errors, omissions or missed deliveries, please contact our customer service at info@hottiedolls.eu.
HottieDolls EU provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance or unauthorized intervention. In the event of a justified complaint, the item can subsequently be returned for exchange, repair or credit.

In order for you to shop at www.hottiedolls.eu, we need the following information:

When you provide your personal information, you are protected by the Personal Data Act. That is we do not pass on or sell your information to third parties at any time. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in encrypted form and stored for 5 years, cf. the Accounting Act. We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

Payment
Payment can be made with Credit Card, MasterCard, Revolut Payment and invoice. The money is only withdrawn from your account when the requested goods have been dispatched. All prices are incl. VAT.

We reserve the right for printing and image errors, out-of-stock items, VAT and tax changes, as well as delayed or defective delivery as a result of force majeure events.
